Who’s excited for school to be out in just one week?! Endless sunshine, warm weather, and outdoor activities will soon be in our grasp. So in honor of all of these wonderful things and graduation (congrats, seniors!), we’re excited to invite you all to our first TGSO (Thank Goodness School’s Out) CARNIVAL! For more information on this exciting event, check out our community events calendar and follow us on Facebook. Please do not hesitate to stop by and join the fun!
Have a small fix that requires maintenance but don’t know how to resolve it? Simply put in a service request one of two ways: You can call the office Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays during regular office hours, or file a request online through your account at campuspointekent.com. Please keep in mind that our maintenance team has limited hours on weekends unless it is a fire or flood emergency, but regular requests will be addressed in the order received on Monday.
Reminders & Updates
Have you renewed yet? If not, hurry into the leasing office ASAP — we’re almost sold out!
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and you have until the 3rd to pay your rent before late fees begin accruing on the 4th at 8:00 a.m. If you have any questions regarding the payment portal or about your account, please contact Jackie Grant in the office or email her at [email protected]
In case you haven’t heard yet, we’re sure you’ll be ever so “yappy” to hear that we’re officially PET FRIENDLY! Come to the office today to get your furry friend registered. And don’t forget that since you’re now a pet parent, it is your responsibility to pick up after your pets after they do their business.
The pool is open — bring on the sunrays! Please remember: No glass is allowed around the pool area. Anyone with glass bottles will be asked to take their refreshments back to their apartment, as broken glass means the pool has to close — don’t be that person.
May Your Summer Be the Best One Yet — Congrats from Campus Advantage!
As another academic year comes to an end, everyone here at Campus Advantage would like to congratulate you on a job well done. Being successful takes effort, and you deserve credit for all of your hard work!
We hope you’ve taken advantage of all the opportunities we offer to connect with neighbors, learn new skills, stay on top of your academic game, and open your eyes to new perspectives and adventures.
Whether you’re graduating, taking summer classes, or starting a summer internship, we want you to stay connected with us so we can continue to support you on your way. This summer, take the following steps to avoid stress and ensure your continued success as a Campus Advantage resident:
- If you’re going to be gone, make sure to prepay or schedule online payments so you don’t miss rent deadlines. Let us know if you’re going to be gone so we can keep a pulse on who will be around this summer.
- Got some free time? We’ll continue hosting some great events all summer, so make sure to join us! Don’t forget to get outside and enjoy all of our amenities that might have been forgotten in the winter months.
- If you’re looking for a quality job for the next academic year, stop by and talk to the management office about possible openings on our CA team! All current and future residents are encouraged to apply through our national recruiting page at www.CommunityAssistant.com.
- Finally, if you’re still on the fence about signing a lease for next year, don’t wait any longer! Spaces are going fast, and we want to make sure you don’t miss out. Stop by and see us in the management office today to re-sign your lease or to get leasing information for a friend.
Cheers to the end of your semester, and good luck on any pending exams and projects you may have! Make sure to check out the calendar for events going on this month, and follow us on social media to connect and fuel up for May.

TGSO (Thank Goodness School’s Out) Carnival – May 9
Congratulations, seniors — you did it! Now it’s time to celebrate with all of your neighbors young and old on Saturday from noon to 4:00 p.m. The big field will be blowing up with fun! Inflatable Insanity will be providing various carnival games like inflatable jousting and a bungee run. Snacks and refreshments will be provided, and you’ll also want to bring your wallet, too. We’ll be taking small donations for Relay For Life if you’d like to try to pie a CA in the face!
We Heart You Wednesdays
Every Wednesday from here on out, do yourself a favor and stop by the clubhouse during office hours so we can show you how much we appreciate you. Our CAs will gladly assist in making you a free bag of popcorn as a thank you for calling Campus Pointe home!
Friday Night Features
Our friendly neighbors at Family Video have been so awesome to donate a new release to us every week! Come into the office and tell us which movie you’d like to see, and we’ll be more than happy to try accommodating your requests. Movies will always start at 7:00 p.m. sharp.
