The leaves are falling and pumpkin-flavored foods are calling! We’re so excited for the fall weather to start and all the fun festivities that follow. If you don’t have a car to travel to your nearest pumpkin patch, don’t worry — we’re bringing everything to YOU! Be sure to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to hear all about our exciting events coming up this month so you’ll never miss out again!

Maintenance Tips

Need something fixed? Put in a service request in one of two ways: Call the office during regular office hours, or submit online via your resident portal at campuspointekent.com/residents. Please keep in mind that our maintenance team has limited hours on weekends unless it is an emergency, so don’t be alarmed if your request isn’t handled until Monday.

Reminders & Updates

Here are some tips for a successful year at Campus Pointe:

Rent is due on the 1st of each month! Luckily, you have until the 3rd to pay your rent before late fees begin accruing on the 4th at 8 a.m. Payments can be dropped in the rent dropbox in the foyer between the sets of glass doors after hours, as well. If you have any questions regarding the payment portal or about your account, please see Jackie Grant in the office or email her at [email protected].

Parking Passes: We are handing out NEW parking passes. This means if you are living with us again, don’t forget to pick up a pass, too! If you are a new resident and did not receive a parking pass at move-in, stop by the office to get yours.

Happy October!

We hope you’ve had a good start to the semester! Everyone should be settled in by now and ready to take on the school year. October will be packed with events and a special Resident Appreciation Week planned from October 2–6, so be sure to look at the events section in this newsletter.

Renewal rates and new lease rates are ready! Please stop by the front desk so we can answer any questions you have in regard to renewing your lease — we’re happy to help.

Get involved. Get ahead.

Did you know students who are involved outside of the classroom are more successful in their academic pursuits? If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to find opportunities to get involved on campus and in the local community. Your campus’ student activities office is a great place to start to find out about clubs, organizations, and campus events. You can also connect with our team to find ways to get connected. Whether it’s the chess club or intramural football, or volunteering at a local shelter, we would love to help you find ways to get involved both at your Campus Advantage community and on campus.
