Campus Pointe is located at 1841 Ashton Lane, Kent, OH 44240.

WHAT ARE THE LEASING OFFICE HOURS?

The leasing office is open

Monday – Friday: 10am-6pm
Saturday: 10am-5pm
Sunday: 12pm-5pm

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, parking is available on site.

WHAT FLOOR PLANS DO YOU OFFER?

Campus Pointe offers two-, three-, and four-bedroom spacious luxury student apartments.

DO YOUR APARTMENTS COME FURNISHED?

Yes, the apartments are fully furnished.

WHAT DOES RENT INCLUDE?

Rent includes access to all community amenities and all utilities (water, cable with HBO, electricity, trash service, and Internet).

IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Yes, a $100 application and administration fee and a $100 security deposit are required.

HOW LONG IS MY LEASE?

The lease is a 12-month term.

DO YOU ALLOW SUBLEASING?

We do allow subleasing or reassignment. For specific information, please call or come by the office anytime, and we will be happy to provide you with details.

DO I HAVE TO BE A STUDENT AT KENT STATE UNIVERSITY TO LIVE HERE?

No, you do not.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF MATCHING ROOMMATES?

Simply fill out the roommate-matching questionnaire online when you sign your lease. We will then use that information and match you to your future roommates.

WHAT IS AN INDIVIDUAL LEASE?

An individual lease is a per-bed lease. You sign up for a private room in the apartment, and you share the common area with your roommates. You are not financially responsible for each other.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT?

You can complete the entire leasing process using our online portal. Log in to our online resident portal where you can fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, your roommate preferences form, and the lease for your new apartment.
